Coordinating daily production activities
Monitoring and optimizing production processes to ensure maximum efficiency
Managing the production team, including recruiting, training, and evaluating employee performance
Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
Collaborating with other departments to ensure on-time delivery of products
Periodically reporting production activities and results to management
Experience in a similar role;
Leadership and communication skills;
Knowledge of production processes and equipment;
Proficiency in Romanian and Russian languages;
Ability to handle a high volume of information and multitask;
PC operation skills (Word, Excel) and 1C.
