Coordinating the entire production process of FiloMuro doors
Organizing and supervising the workers' team (assemblers, sanders, auxiliaries)
Planning daily tasks and monitoring their completion on time
Quality control of finished products
Managing materials and stock necessary for production
Periodic reporting to management
Training new employees and supporting team development.
Experience in production or team coordination (advantage in furniture or construction industry)
Organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Seriousness, punctuality, and professional attitude
Ability to make quick and efficient decisions
Desire to engage and commitment for the long term.
