In light of our team expansion, we are announcing a vacancy for a Service Station Master (Technical Service Station).
- Monitoring processes in the service repair area, assisting with complex diagnostics, etc.
- Conducting briefings for mechanics on work instructions, technical training for mechanics, and overseeing the progress of work;
- Ensuring the maintenance service area is kept clean;
- Assisting in solving complex technical issues;
- Assisting with the acceptance and repair, as well as handling returns and complaints, to determine the type of work required and the need for replacement parts;
- Performing the final check before the vehicle is returned;
- Higher technical education, or secondary technical education;
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of vehicle devices and structure, vehicle maintenance and repair technology;
-Ability to work with catalogs for specialty tools, spare parts, and vehicle repair programs;
-Proficient PC user, experience with 1C software;
-Language proficiency: fluent in Romanian and Russian, English is an advantage;
-Initiative, goal-oriented, integrity, and diligence.
