The rock processing plant operator holds a critical responsibility in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the production facilities, contributing to the procurement of processed materials that meet established quality and performance standards.
Operating Equipment: The individual must operate various types of equipment, such as crushers, mills, separators, conveyors, loading and unloading machinery, etc., in accordance with established operating procedures.
Supervising the Processing Operations: Monitors and controls the material flow and processing operations to ensure efficiency and safety of the operations.
Equipment Maintenance: Conducts periodic checks, preventive, and corrective maintenance of the equipment to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime.
Quality Assurance: Checks the quality of the processed materials in accordance with established specifications and standards, reporting any deviations or encountered issues.
Adherence to Safety and Environmental Standards: Applies and follows safety and environmental protection policies and procedures during operations.
Team Collaboration: Works collaboratively with colleagues in the production team to optimize workflows and address issues that may arise during operations.
