Determines the school's preparedness for inclusive practices. Establishes the emotional, cognitive, and psychological condition of students before admission in cases of reported learning needs. Develops and implements individual education plans, or IEPs, for students with special needs, with the help of other members of the teaching staff. Works collaboratively with families to fulfill their child's IEP. Develops and implements initiatives at the school-wide level in the areas of emotional intelligence, conflict resolution skills, bullying management, peer pressure, adolescent challenges, as well as social and work skills. Works on identifying and managing child abuse cases, including reporting to relevant government agencies. Provides support to the entire school staff through counseling and advice. Oversees and supports the overall school culture in line with the school's vision of establishing an atmosphere of respect and lifelong learning. Manages data retention in accordance with child protection and data policies. Organizes and/or participates in the implementation of specific actions aimed at improving the entire school in the field of special educational needs and school culture.
