Purpose of the vacant public function, according to the job description:

Performs, at a territorial level, activities related to the establishment and re-examination, suspension, resumption, and extension of

the right to pensions and other social benefits, as well as to the consideration of petitions and appeals concerning the activities

carried out.

Responsibility

Basic tasks of the vacant public service position, according to the job description:

a. Carrying out the processing of applications and documents related to the establishment and review

of pensions and other social benefits.

b. Processing of documents/information for the suspension, resumption, and extension of the right to pensions

and other social benefits.

c. Taking necessary measures to refund sums of pensions and other social benefits collected

unduly.

d. Examining petitions related to the establishment and review of pensions and other social benefits,

with the preparation of responses.

Obligations

Conditions for participation in the contest:

a. must be a citizen of the Republic of Moldova;

b. speaks Romanian and the official languages of interethnic communication used in the respective territory, within the limits set by law;

c. has full capacity to exercise;

d. has not reached the age of 63 years;

e. is medically fit to perform public functions, according to the medical certificate issued by the authorized medical institution, if there are special health requirements established for the respective position;

f. has the necessary education stipulated for the respective public function;

g. has not been removed from a public position in the last 5 years according to art. 64 paragraph (1) letters a) and b) or has not had the individual employment contract terminated for disciplinary reasons;

h. does not have unexpunged criminal records for intentional offenses;

i. is not deprived of the right to hold certain positions or to practice a certain activity, as a main or additional punishment, as a result of the definitive court sentence that imposed this prohibition;

j. does not have the prohibition to hold a public office or a position of public dignity derived from a finding act of the National Integrity Authority.

Specific requirements for participation in the contest:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in the field of accounting, economics, finance, economic law;

Professional development courses (specialization courses in the field of public administration, organizational communication).

Professional experience: A minimum of 1 year professional experience in the field

Knowledge:

Knowledge of the state language and the official language of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory, within the limits set by law;

Knowledge of the legislation in the field.

Skills: Computer skills.

Attitudes/Behaviors: Respect for people, initiative, diplomacy, creativity, flexibility, discipline, responsibility, resilience to effort and stress, tendency for ongoing professional development.

Copies of educational diplomas and, if applicable, of certificates of completion of professional development and/or specialization courses

Documents certifying professional experience or Declaration on one's own responsibility

A copy of the work booklet, certificates regarding professional activity carried out after January 1, 2019, can be replaced with the declaration on one's own responsibility. In this case, the candidate must complete the contest file with the original of the document within a maximum of 10 days from the date they were declared the winner, under penalty of not issuing the administrative act of appointment.
