Conditions for participation in the contest:
a. holds the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;
b. is proficient in Romanian and the official languages of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory within
the limits set by law;
c. has full exercise capacity;
d. has not reached the age of 63;
e. is medically fit to perform the public function, according to the medical certificate issued by the authorized medical
institution if special health requirements are set for the respective function;
f. has the requisite education for the respective public function;
g. in the last 5 years has not been dismissed from a public position according to Art. 64 para. (1) lett. a) and b) or has not
had the individual employment contract terminated for disciplinary reasons;
h. does not have unspent criminal convictions for intentional crimes;
i. is not deprived of the right to hold certain positions or to carry out a certain activity as a basic or additional punishment,
following a definitive court sentence that imposed this prohibition;
j. does not have the prohibition to occupy a public position or a public dignity, which stems from a finding act of the
National Integrity Authority.

Purpose of the vacant public service position, according to the job description:
Conducts, at the territorial level, activities related to the establishment and reevaluation, suspension, resumption, and extension of
the right to pensions and other social benefits, as well as participates in the examination of petitions and communications on
the activities carried out.
Basic tasks of the vacant public service position, according to the job description:
Carrying out the activities of processing applications and documents related to the establishment and reevaluation
of pensions and other social benefits.
Processing documents/information for the suspension, resumption, and extension of the right to pensions
and other social benefits.
Participates in the examination of petitions related to the establishment and reevaluation of pensions and other social benefits,
with the preparation of responses.
Education:
University degree or equivalent, preferably in the field of accounting, economics, finance, economic law;
Professional development courses (specialization courses in the field of public administration,
organizational communication).
Professional Experience: no professional experience required in the field
Knowledge:
Knowledge of the Romanian language and the official language of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory
within the limits established by law;
Knowledge of the legislation in the field.
Skills: Computer usage skills.
Attitudes/ Behaviors: Respect for people, initiative, diplomacy, creativity, flexibility,
discipline, responsibility, resistance to effort and stress, a tendency towards continuous professional development.

The copy of the work booklet, certificates regarding the professional activity carried out after January 1,
2019 can be replaced with a declaration on one's own responsibility. In this case, the candidate is obliged to complete
the competition dossier with the original document within a maximum period of 10 days from the date
he/she was declared the winner, under the penalty of not issuing the administrative act of appointment.
