Conditions for participating in the competition:
a. holds the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;
b. possesses the Romanian language and the official languages of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory within
the limits established by law;
c. has full capacity to exercise;
d. has not reached the age of 63;
e. is fit, in terms of health, to exercise the public function, according to
the medical certificate issued by the authorized medical institution, if special health requirements are
established for that position;
f. has the necessary education required for the respective public function;
g. in the last 5 years has not been dismissed from a public function according to art. 64 (1) lit. a) and b) or has not terminated the individual labor contract for disciplinary reasons;
h. does not have unexpunged criminal records for crimes committed with intent;
i. is not deprived of the right to hold certain positions or to carry out a certain activity as a primary or complementary punishment following a final court sentence that imposed this prohibition;
j. does not have a prohibition from holding a public function or public dignity, which derives from an act of the National Integrity Authority.

Purpose of the vacant public position, according to the job description:
Performs territorial level activities related to the establishment and review, suspension, resumption, and extension of
the right to pensions and other social benefits, as well as the examination of petitions and correspondences on the activities
carried out.
Basic tasks of the vacant public position, according to the job description:
Processing requests and documents related to the establishment and review
of pensions and other social benefits.
Processing documents/information for the suspension, resumption, and extension of the right to pensions
and other social benefits.
Undertaking necessary measures for the reimbursement of improperly collected sums
of pensions and other social benefits.
Examining petitions related to the establishment and review of pensions and other social benefits, with
the preparation of responses.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in the field of accounting, economics, finance, or business law;
Professional training courses (specialization courses in the field of public administration, organizational communication).
Professional Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in the field
Knowledge:
Fluency in Romanian and the official language of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory within the limits established by law;
Familiarity with the relevant legislation.
Skills: Computer skills.
