Copy of work book, certificates regarding professional activity carried out after January 1, 2019, can be replaced with a statutory declaration. In this case, the candidate is required to complete the competition file with the original document within a maximum of 10 days from the date on which they were declared the winner, under penalty of non-issuance of the administrative act of appointment.

Criminal record or Statutory Declaration

The criminal record can be replaced with a statutory declaration. In this case, the candidate is required to complete the competition file with the original document within a maximum of 10 calendar days from the date on which they were declared the winner, under penalty of non-issuance of the administrative act of appointment.

Responsibility

The basic tasks of the vacant public service position, according to the job description:

Documentation of operations regarding the receipt of materials and small value items with a short lifespan;

Ensuring the issuance and transmission of stock of materials and small value items with a short lifespan;

Ensuring the write-off of stock of materials, small value items, and those with a short lifespan;

Ensuring the preparation and presentation of reports;

Participating in the inventory of the assets and stock of goods and materials under the management

of the National House of Social Insurance

The purpose of the vacant public service position, according to the job description:

the activity of the National House of Social Insurance

Obligations

Specific Requirements for Participation in the Competition:

Education: Higher education, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in the financial, accounting field;

Professional Experience: minimum of 6 months of professional experience in the field.

Knowledge:

knowledge of the state language and an internationally widespread language (level B1);

knowledge of the legislation in the field of state social insurance and public finance;

computer skills - 1C, Excel, Word, Internet, remote account servicing systems, etc.

Skills: Working with information, analysis and synthesis, consulting, training, presentation, effective communication,

teamwork, ability to perform tasks with accuracy and precision, computer use skills.

Attitudes/Behaviors: Respect for people, initiative, creativity, flexibility, discipline,

responsibility, a tendency towards continuous professional development.

Conditions for Participation in the Competition:

a. holds the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;

b. is proficient in the Romanian language and the official languages of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory within the limits set by law;

c. has full legal capacity;

d. has not reached the age of 63 years;

e. is medically fit for the exercise of public function, according to

the medical certificate issued by the authorized medical institution, if any special health requirements are established for the respective function;

f. has the necessary education required for the respective public function;

g. has not been dismissed from a public position in the last 5 years according to Article 64 paragraph (1) lit. a) and b) or did not have their individual employment contract terminated for disciplinary reasons;

h. does not have unexpunged criminal records for deliberately committed offenses;

i. is not deprived of the right to hold certain positions or to exercise a certain activity, as the main or supplementary penalty, following a definitive court sentence that has ordered this prohibition;

j. does not have a prohibition to occupy a public function or public dignity position, stemming from a finding act of the National Integrity Authority.
