Senior Specialist (indefinite period), Directorate for Pension Establishment and Other Social Benefits, CTAS Central Sector, Chișinău municipality

Positions available: 1

Participation requirements:

a. holds citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;

b. is proficient in the Romanian language and official languages of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory within

the limits set by law;

c. has full exercise capacity;

d. hasn't reached the age of 63 years;

e. is medically fit to exercise the public function, according to

the medical certificate issued by a qualified medical institution, if for the respective function are

established special health requirements;

f. has the necessary education required for the respective public function;

g. hasn't been dismissed from a public function in the last 5 years according to art. 64 para. (1) lett. a) and b) or hasn't had

the individual employment contract terminated for disciplinary reasons;

h. has no unspent criminal convictions for intentional offences;

i. isn't deprived of the right to hold certain positions or to practice a certain activity, as a main or additional punishment, as a result of a final judicial sentence that imposed this prohibition;

j. does not have a ban on holding a public function or public dignity, which derives from a finding act of the National Integrity Authority.

Responsibility

The purpose of the vacant public function, according to the job description:

Performs, at the territorial level, activities related to the establishment and review, suspension, resumption, and extension of

the right to pensions and other social benefits, as well as participates in the examination of petitions and addresses on

the carried out activities.

The basic tasks of the vacant public function, according to the job description:

Execution of activities related to the processing of applications and documents pertaining to the establishment and review

of pensions and other social benefits.

Processing of documents/information for the suspension, resumption, and extension of the right to pensions

and other social benefits.

Taking necessary measures for the reimbursement of unduly received pension sums and other social benefits.

Participates in the examination of petitions related to the establishment and review of pensions and other social benefits,

with the preparation of responses.

Obligations

Studies:

Higher, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in the fields of accounting, economics, finance, or economic law;

Professional development courses (specialization courses in public administration,

organizational communication).

Professional experience: At least 06 months of professional experience in the field

Knowledge:

Knowledge of the Romanian language and the official language of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory within

the limits established by law;

Knowledge of the legislation in the field.

Skills: Computer skills.

Attitudes/Behaviors: Respect for people, initiative, diplomacy, creativity, flexibility,

discipline, responsibility, resilience to effort and stress, tendency for ongoing professional development.

and/or specialization courses

Documents attesting to professional experience or Declaration on one's own responsibility

A copy of the work record book, certificates concerning professional activity carried out after January 1,

2019 can be replaced with a declaration on one's own responsibility. In this case, the candidate has the obligation to complete

the application file with the original document within a maximum of 10 days from the date they were declared

the winner, under penalty of non-issuance of the administrative act of appointment.
