The purpose of the vacant public service position, according to the job description:

Contributing to the administration and management of social security budget funds by
participating in the development of the Medium-Term Budget Framework (MTBF), contributing to the drafting and
promotion of the annual social security budget law and analysis of budget execution.

Basic duties of the vacant public function, according to the job description:
a. Participation in drafting the annual law project of the state social insurance budget, forecasting
the budget indicators over the medium term according to the requirements of the normative acts.
b. Analysis of state policy proposals and draft normative acts in the field of social protection
received from the relevant ministry and providing feedback on their impact on the state social insurance budget.
c. Monitoring and analyzing the execution of the state social insurance budget and participating in drafting
the legislation project for amending the annual state social insurance budget law.
d. Participation in the development of budget programs/subprograms for the state social insurance and planning
the performance indicator values.
e. Involvement in preparing the annual report (narrative description) on the budget execution,
program/subprogram reports, performance, and periodic reports.
Specific requirements for participation in the competition:
Education: Higher education, degree or equivalent, specializing in economics, finance;
Professional training courses in the field of public finance, etc.
Professional experience: a minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience in the field.
Knowledge:
Understanding of legislation in the field;
Knowledge of the state language;
Knowledge of an international language (B1 level);
In-depth knowledge in several areas of expertise.
Skills: working with information, planning, analysis, consultation, instruction, presentation, effective communication,
teamwork, ability to perform tasks with accuracy and precision, data analysis and synthesis,
high-complexity problem-solving in the field of competence,
computer skills.
Attitudes/Behaviors: Respect for people, kindness, initiative, diplomacy, creativity,
flexibility, discipline, responsibility, resilience to effort and stress, a tendency towards ongoing professional development

mail, this provision applies on the date of the written test of the competition, under penalty of rejection
of the competition file.

and/or specialization
Documents that attest professional experience or Declaration on one's own responsibility
Copy of the work book, certificates regarding the professional activity carried out after January 1st,
2019 may be replaced with a declaration on one's own responsibility. In this case, the candidate is required to complete
the competition file with the original document within a maximum of 10 days from the date they were declared
the winner, under penalty of not issuing the administrative act of appointment.
