The purpose of the open public function, according to the job description:
Carries out, at the territorial level, activities related to the establishment and reassessment, suspension, resumption, and extension of the right to pensions and other social benefits, as well as the examination of petitions and communications on the activities performed.
Salary for the function
From 8230 Lei (gross)
Basic tasks of the open public function, according to the job description:
Processing applications and documents related to the establishment and reassessment of pensions and other social benefits;
Processing documents/information for the suspension, resumption, and extension of the right to pensions and other social benefits;
Taking necessary measures to return incorrectly received amounts of pensions and other social benefits;
Examining petitions related to the establishment and reassessment of pensions and other social benefits, with the preparation of responses.

Conditions for participating in the contest:
a. holds the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;
b. is fluent in the Romanian language and the official languages of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory within the limits established by law;
c. has full legal capacity;
d. has not reached the age of 63 years;
e. is medically fit for the public function, according to the medical certificate issued by the authorized medical institution, if special health requirements are established for the respective function;
f. has the necessary education required for the respective public function;
g. in the last 5 years, has not been dismissed from a public function according to art. 64 (1) lit. a) and b) or did not have their individual employment contract terminated for disciplinary reasons;
h. does not have unexpunged criminal records for offenses committed intentionally;
i. is not deprived of the right to hold certain positions or to carry out a certain activity, as a main or complementary punishment, following a definitive court judgment which has imposed this prohibition;
j. does not have a ban on holding a public function or public dignity, which results from a determination act of the National Integrity Authority.
Specific requirements for participating in the contest:
Education:
Higher education, Bachelor's or equivalent degree, preferably in the field of accounting, economics, finance, economic law;
Professional enhancement courses (specialization courses in the field of public administration, organizational communication).
Professional Experience: Minimum 01 years of professional experience in the field
Knowledge:
Fluency in the state language and the official language of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory within the limits established by law;
Familiarity with the legislation in the field.
Skills: Computer literacy.
Attitudes/ Behaviours: Respect towards people, initiative, diplomacy, creativity, flexibility,
discipline, responsibility, resilience to effort and stress, inclination towards continuous professional development.

Conditions for participation in the contest:
a. hold the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;
b. possess the Romanian language and the official languages of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory within the limits established by law;
c. have full legal capacity;
d. have not reached the age of 63 years;
e. be fit to exercise a public function, according to the medical certificate issued by the competent medical institution, if for the respective position there are established special health requirements;
f. possess the education required for the respective public function;
g. in the last 5 years, has not been removed from a public function according to Article 64 paragraph (1) letter a) and b) or has not had their employment contract terminated for disciplinary reasons;
h. have no unspent criminal convictions for intentionally committed crimes;
i. is not deprived of the right to hold certain functions or to exercise a certain activity as a main or additional penalty as a result of the final court sentence which imposed such prohibition;
j. does not have the prohibition to hold a public function or public dignity which derives from a finding act of the National Integrity Authority.
