Copy of the identity card
Copies of the documents can be notarized or presented along with the
originals for verification of their authenticity. In the case where the competition file is submitted by mail or e-
mail, this requirement applies on the date of the written test of the competition, under penalty of the rejection
of the competition file.
Copies of diplomas and, where applicable, certificates of completion of professional improvement
courses and/or specialization

Copy of the work book, certificates regarding professional activity carried out after January 1st
2019 can be replaced with the declaration on one's own responsibility. In this case, the candidate has the obligation to complete
the competition file with the original document within a maximum of 10 days from the date on which they were declared
the winner, under penalty of not issuing the administrative act of appointment.
Criminal record or Statement on one's own responsibility
The criminal record can be replaced with a statement on one's own responsibility. In this case, the candidate has the obligation to
complete the competition file with the original document within a maximum of 10 calendar days from the
date on which they were declared the winner, under penalty of not issuing the administrative act of appointment.
Other necessary documents:
a. medical certificate (can be replaced with a declaration on one's own responsibility).
b. consent for the processing of personal data.

The basic tasks of the vacant public position, according to the job description:
Conducting activities related to serving citizens and contributors of social insurance payments;
Contributing to the efficient information of individuals and legal entities within the served territory in the field
of state social insurance;
Executing the processing of applications and documents concerning the establishment and review
of pensions and other social benefits.
The purpose of the vacant public position, according to the job description:
Carries out, at the territorial level, service activities for citizens and contributors of social insurance
payments, as well as the establishment and review of pensions and other social benefits.
Specific requirements for participation in the competition:
Education: Higher education, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in the field of accounting, economics, finance, or economic law;
Professional development courses (specialization courses in the field of public administration, organizational communication).
Professional experience: No professional experience in the field is required.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of the state language and the official languages of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory within the limits established by law;
Knowledge of the legislation in the field.
Skills: Computer skills.
Attitudes/Behaviors: Respect for people, initiative, diplomacy, creativity, flexibility, discipline, responsibility, resilience to effort and stress, tendency for continuous professional development.
Conditions for participation in the competition:
a. being a citizen of the Republic of Moldova;
b. knowledge of the Romanian language and the official languages of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory within the limits established by law;
c. have full legal capacity;
d. has not reached the age of 63 years;
e. is fit for the public function in terms of health, according to the medical certificate issued by the competent medical institution if special health requirements are established for the respective function;
f. has the necessary education required for the respective public function;
g. has not been dismissed from a public position in the last 5 years under Article 64 paragraph (1) letters a) and b) or has not had the individual employment contract terminated for disciplinary reasons;
h. does not have unexpunged criminal records for intentional offenses;
i. is not barred from holding certain positions or from exercising a certain activity as a main or additional punishment as a result of a final court sentence that established this prohibition;
j. is not subject to a ban on holding a public function or public dignity derived from an act of finding by the National Integrity Authority.
