Responsibility

Responsibilities:

Recording and managing orders.

Monitoring the quality of services for customer satisfaction.

Creating and implementing internal procedures for continuous improvement.

Ensuring compliance with standards and legal regulations.

Managing internal and external audits.

Analyzing customer feedback and proposing solutions.

Preparing reports for the management.

Coordinating quality teams in Moldova and Romania.

Working with customers and colleagues to ensure an efficient process.

Contacting customers for reviews and service improvement.

Checking the database and updating information.

Monitoring orders for adherence to deadlines and quality.

Developing quality reports and suggesting improvements.
