Identification and assessment of new real estate opportunities;
Ensuring that all properties are presented in an attractive and professional manner, including organizing photo shoots and virtual tours.
Providing personalized advice to clients based on their needs and preferences.
Advising clients on real estate market trends and price evaluations.
Negotiating terms and conditions of sales or rentals to secure the best deals for clients.
Maintaining a continuous and effective communication with clients throughout the entire real estate process.
Preparing and verifying necessary documents for real estate transactions, such as sales-purchase or rental contracts.
Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and the agency's internal procedures.
Previous experience in sales or the real estate field is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as effectively collaborate in a team.
Customer-focused with the ability to understand their needs.
A category B driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (advantageous).
Availability for a flexible schedule, including field trips.
