We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Sales person to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate has proven sales experience and excellent communication, negotiation, and result-oriented skills.
Planning and Organizing: At the beginning of the day, analyze your portfolio clients' situation and establish a plan for each stage of the sale: contact, presentation, negotiation, closing.
Setting Objectives: Setting clear daily objectives (calls, meetings, showings) is essential for achieving the sales target.
Contacting Leads: Contact new leads and continue discussions with existing clients, with the goal of scheduling meetings or presentations.
Organizing Presentations: Plan physical or virtual viewings, tailored to the clients' needs.
Gathering Feedback: After each viewing, collect feedback and adjust your strategy according to the clients' preferences.
Negotiating the Offer: After expressing interest in a property, initiate the negotiation process, understanding the expectations of each party.
Closing the Transaction: After agreement, coordinate the signing of documents and verify the necessary paperwork.
Long-Term Relationships: Provide post-sale support to retain clients and obtain referrals.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Self-discipline and time management skills.
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
Customer-oriented and able to understand their needs.
Knowledge of using a CRM system and basic digital skills.
Advanced level in Romanian and English; other languages are an advantage.
Energy and enthusiasm to successfully manage multiple transactions and daily interactions with customers.
