Human Resources Specialist

The purpose of the position is to ensure the documentation of employment relations and to actively participate in accomplishing the mission and strategy of the human resources department.

Responsibility

The Human Resources Specialist carries out the following responsibilities: - Drafts documents for employment relationships in the hiring process, changes to the employment contract terms, leaves of absence, suspension of the employment agreement, resignation, termination, etc., in accordance with current labor legislation; - Prepares and periodically updates personnel rosters; - Identifies candidates suitable for the company's current recruitment needs in the job market and ensures the selection of the right person; - Participates in the job description development process; - Prepares reports on the documentation activity of human resources; - Receives and checks the work time records from department heads; - Proposes measures to improve the documentation process of employment relationships.

Obligations

To successfully fulfill work duties, it is important to: - have the ability to effectively communicate with any category of employees; - understand labor legislation and how the provisions of the labor code of the Republic of Moldova are applied; - be able to develop documents concerning the documentation of employment relationships; - be able to create job descriptions, regulations, and work instructions; - be able to work in Word, Excel, Gdrive, 1C (considered an advantage); - be able to manage work time efficiently.
