🔹 Higher education in HR or law;
🔹 At least 1 year of experience in HR administration;
🔹 Knowledge of the labor legislation of the Republic of Moldova and standards for documentation;
🔹 Experience with the 1C software;
🔹 Experience in conducting interviews in various formats;
🔹 Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people;
🔹 Attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills;
🔹 Ability to work in a multitasking mode, adhering to deadlines and standards
