Boekestijn Transport Service was established in 1994 in Mill, Netherlands. Back then, the company only had three Boekestijn trucks on the road. Actively recruit drivers through various channels, including driver schools, job fairs, online job boards, and social media platforms;
Visit driver schools to promote our company as an employer of choice, establish relationships with instructors and students, and conduct presentations to attract potential candidates;
Build and maintain strong relationships with driver schools, driving instructors, and industry organizations;
Guides the drivers through their schooling process, until the start of work;
Participating in additional projects.
