We will entrust you with:
Plan and organize human resources activities
Ensure the application of the company's personnel policies in accordance with legal norms and CM provisions
Monitor and implement legal provisions in the field of labor relations
Update information in the internal HR system
Develop and implement staff evaluation and motivation programs
Organize and coordinate the recruitment, hiring, training, and development process
Plan and coordinate the orientation of new employees to facilitate their integration into the company
Ensure the connection with the human resources department within the group
Participate in other administrative activities that require the involvement of the HR Manager
Requirements:
Higher education
Knowledge of labor legislation
Minimum of 2 years experience in the human resources field
Proficiency in Russian, Romanian (fluent) and at least B1-B2 in English
Computer skills (Word, Excel - mandatory, Outlook, 1-C) and the ability to learn new software
High level of responsibility and confidentiality
