· Recruiting and allocating staff for the following subdivisions (stores, producers, warehouses);
· Posting job ads on recruitment platforms and social networks;
· Processing calls and resumes from candidates applying for available positions;
· Actively participating in the interviewing and selection process of candidates;
· Administering and consistently updating the database of potential candidates;
· Analyzing the market and identifying new recruitment tools;
· Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines;
· Developing reports and monitoring them.
· Initial training;
