Posting job advertisements on various platforms
Reviewing and filtering received resumes
Organizing and scheduling interviews with selected candidates
Conducting initial interviews with candidates
Collaborating with department managers to understand hiring needs and requirements for available positions
Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future opportunities
Monitoring and reporting on the efficiency of recruitment and selection processes
Work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year
Knowledge and practical experience in using the following languages: Romanian and Russian
Higher education degree
Salary: from 14,000 MDL
Work schedule: Monday - Friday, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
