Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a responsible and persevering Financial Expert who will actively contribute to the lending, leasing, and financial assessment processes, with a direct impact on the development of our portfolio and maintaining its quality.
Advise clients in selecting the company's credit and leasing products;
Review and manage the necessary documents;
Assess customer eligibility and conduct field visits;
Prepare contracts and financial reports;
Monitor repayments and manage delays;
Participate in credit committee decisions and promotional activities;
Contribute to improving internal processes and achieving objectives.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in related fields (finance, lending, appraisal);
Strong PC operation skills (standard Windows programs);
Initiative and analytical ability;
Communication skills and honesty;
Perseverance and desire to achieve measurable results.

Monthly salary between 15,000 and 18,000 lei, depending on experience and results.
Program: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30 (lunch break: 12:30–13:30).
