Presents the range of services for holidays and events in the restaurant;
Schedules phone calls and meetings with guests;
Communicates with clients on social networks;
Organizes together with guests the fun program and menus for events;
Attracts new clients interested in celebrating family events;
Manages the database in CRM;
Prepares the necessary documents for carrying out the events.
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to think creatively and solve non-standard tasks;
Ability to build long-term relationships with guests;
Enthusiastic involvement in event organization;
Knowledge of Russian and Romanian languages is MANDATORY;
Work experience in sales field.
Work experience in the HORECA industry is an advantage.
