Job description

We're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with at least 2 years of B2B experience. The ideal profile includes excellent communication and negotiation skills, advanced IT competencies (Word, Excel, 1C), and multilingual abilities (Romanian, Russian, English). The candidate should be positive, results-driven, possess strong organizational skills, work well in a team, and have a category B driving license.

Responsibility

* Lead generation, developing and nurturing customer relationships;

* Presenting and selling products manufactured by the plant ( Agricultural and forestry machinery);

* Conducting cold/warm outbound calls, writing emails and general prospecting;

* Market research and achieving sales targets;

* Ongoing CRM activity;

* Ongoing reporting activity.

Obligations

Fluency in Romanian, Russian;

Experience in sales and negotiation;

Good listening and customer-oriented skills;

Serious attitude;

Punctuality and Responsibility;

Driving license category B.
