Specialist Telesales

The Telesales Team is looking for an energetic, open, and communicative person to join the team. Our colleagues have experience in sales, lending, and are people-oriented. They will be good mentors to help you create a successful sales career. The team's objective is to maintain and increase the customer base by selling and promoting the bank's products and services to existing and potential customers over the phone.

Presentation, promotion, and sales of the bank's products and services by phone; Providing informational support to bank clients; Participation in achieving the team's goals by achieving own objectives.

Excellent communication skills, persuasive and negotiation abilities; Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages; Logical and structured thinking; Quick assimilation of information.
