Supervisor Salesperson

Grifon is hiring a Store Supervisor Salesperson.

1. Arranging the shelves and restocking them with merchandise by gender, size, category;

2. Working the cash register;

3. Assisting customers on the floor as needed;

4. Receiving goods from the warehouse;

5. Coordinating the store's internal processes;

6. Supervising the sales staff;

7. Training new salespeople;

8. Addressing customer issues or complaints;

9. Reporting and communication with the company management.
