We are seeking a dedicated Store Administrator to make a significant contribution to the prosperity and success of the Ocean Fish Team.

Job Mission:Effective management of all store operations in such a way as to offer our customers a unique and positive experience upon their visit to the Ocean Fish store.

Responsibility

1. Operational Store Management:

  • ·         Ensuring efficient daily functioning of the entire store;

    • ·         Implementing and monitoring all operational processes;

      ·         Adherence to procedures, standards, and Ocean Fish policies.

      2. Team Management:

      ·         Participation in the recruitment, training, and evaluation processes of the management staff;

      ·         Establishing the work schedule and recording the work time of the subordinate team;

      ·         Ongoing monitoring of team performance to ensure sales objectives and service quality are met;

      ·         Maintaining a positive working atmosphere.

      3. Customer Service Quality:

      ·         Ensuring a high level of customer service in the store according to Ocean Fish quality standards;

      ·         Prompt and efficient handling of customer complaints;

      ·         Continual development of a positive relationship with customers and their loyalty.

      4. Inventory Management:

      ·         Monitoring inventories and ensuring proper store provisioning;

      ·         Making restocking orders and managing inventory to avoid overstock or out-of-stock situations;

      ·         Checking and receiving goods according to quality standards.

      5. Financial Management:

      ·         Monitoring and reporting daily sales and cash flow;

      ·         Managing the store's budget and controlling operational costs.

      6. Internal Communication:

      Maintaining good communication and collaboration with all internal company departments to ensure efficient store operation.

Obligations

  • Experience and practical knowledge of every aspect involving store management (preferably in the food industry);

  • Leadership and managerial abilities, capable of team management;

  • Strong organizational abilities and a focus on results;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Linguistic abilities and the capacity for coherent expression in Romanian and Russian;

  • Autonomy and decision-making capacity;

  • Initiative and proactivity;

  • Responsibility and perseverance at work;

  • Continuous learning ability;

  • Emotional intelligence, empathy, and active listening;

  • Digital skills: PC operations and CRM usage.

Salary

  • 15,000 - 30,000 MDL.

Working conditions
