About the role:
We are seeking a Sales Travel Coordinator to represent our company's products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for meeting weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets by implementing effective sales and persuasion strategies. You will also be required to build relationships with clients, identify new sales opportunities, and develop action plans based on data analysis.
Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with existing and new clients to ensure exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities;
Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycles to close new business;
Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to present the product and relay objection handling;
Conduct an accurate, consistent, and timely follow-up;
Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers.
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
Previous experience in sales and proficiency in sales management software and CRM;
Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills;
Demonstrated personal integrity;
Desire to grow and develop in the Industry
Effective time management abilities.
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
Track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets;
Ability to effectively balance persuasion and professionalism when dealing with clients;
Knowledge of the travel industry and proficiency in GDS (Global Distribution System) skills.
