We are looking for an independent, proactive and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Solutions Associate, in a hybrid format, in Chisinau. This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow quickly into a Project Manager / Account Manager role in a dynamic, international and fast-paced environment.
About the role
As a Client Solutions Associate at RightAngle, you will have exposure to a wide range of global industries, including Information Technology, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals and Biotechnology, Healthcare, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications and more.
You will be responsible for expanding our network of experts, assessing their relevance to client needs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects, and contributing to the commercial success of key accounts.
Fulfilling time-sensitive research requests for RightAngle clients, including analyzing client requirements, selecting relevant experts, and contacting candidates to validate their expertise;
Developing a solid understanding of key industries to improve the quality of projects and services;
Building strong customer relationships through constant follow-up and exceptional service.
Higher education;
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken);
Knowledge of other languages is an advantage;
Strong organizational and multi-tasking and deadline management skills;
Assertive and proactive attitude;
Curiosity, ability to learn quickly and orientation towards quick results;
Experience in sales or recruitment is an advantage.

Additional Information
The position is open exclusively to candidates from Moldova, with the availability to work from the office daily during the training period and at least two days per week thereafter;
This is an entry–mid level position, not a managerial one.
