Manager

Identifying and establishing relationships with agricultural producers, ensuring efficient and long-term collaborations;

Actively participating in the development and fulfillment of the sales plan to achieve the company's goals;

Conducting regular visits to agricultural producers to assess their needs and to promote the company's products;

Providing technical support and specialized consultancy in the agricultural field, tailored to the clients' requirements.

Higher education in the field of Agriculture;

Relevant experience in agriculture or in sales in this segment (mandatory experience);

Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;

Valid driving license (mandatory);

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills;

Organized, ability to manage time and resources efficiently;

Dynamic, energetic, and highly responsible person, able to work at a fast pace.
