The company Dismarket has been an importer and distributor of HoReCa products on the market since 2010.
We are announcing a competition for the vacant position of Sales Department Support Manager.
Reception and processing of customer orders.
Contacting customers via calls, SMS, and written notifications regarding accounts receivable, promotional offers, price changes, etc. Conducting negotiations with clients, providing consultation.
Monitoring accounts receivable and timely informing about overdue payments.
Analysis of sales and service quality, furnishing reports and suggestions for improvement.
Gathering customer feedback on product quality, service, and delivery – managing analytics.
Analysis and market monitoring of potential clients and preparation of commercial proposals.
Collaboration with the sales department, assistance in meeting plans and objectives.
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position or in sales.
Knowledge of accounts receivable management.
Proficiency in 1C software is mandatory.
Confident computer skills and proficiency in office applications (MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets).
Experience with PowerPoint and the ability to create presentations, as well as develop or manage chatbots (is a plus).
Fluency in Russian and Romanian is required, proficiency in English is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with clients.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle large volumes of information.
