Our client, an authorized importer of pre-owned vehicles from Europe, conducts business exclusively with official dealers and has established itself as a reliable supplier with a high level of warranty and a vast variety of brands and models.
In light of team expansion, the company is in search of a proactive and ambitious Sales Manager in Chișinău.
Responsibilities:
- Providing qualified customer service, offering information about car models, their features, and prices;
- Actively attracting customers and closing car sales deals, achieving sales targets;
- Organizing the preparation of cars for sale;
- Arranging and conducting test drives for potential customers;
- Assisting clients through all stages of the purchase, including help with financing, insurance, and vehicle registration;
- Analyzing competitive environment and market trends to optimize pricing policies and sales strategies;
- Preparing sales reports, analyzing outcomes;
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality and increase sales levels;
- Interacting with logistics and service departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Fluent in Romanian and Russian;
- At least 1 year of sales experience;
- Proven track record in active sales, with the ability to attract customers and close deals;
- Understanding of the used car market, knowledge of car makes and models, their features, and pricing;
- Computer proficiency at an advanced user level (MS Office: Word, Excel);
- Valid driving license and at least 3 years of driving experience;
- Excellent communication skills, able to connect with clients and build long-term relationships;
- Openness to new knowledge and willing to grow in the car sales industry.
