Sales Manager (Telephone Work) Dental Clinic
A modern dental clinic in full development is seeking an organized, communicative, and results-oriented individual for the position of Sales Manager (Telephone Work).
Telephonic contact with patients who have requested information (warm leads);
Recording data in the AMO CRM system (name, first name, phone number, time);
Convincing patients to come to the clinic for a consultation;
Following up on appointments and updating information in the CRM.
Experience in sales, call center, or similar positions – an advantage;
Knowledge of using a CRM (preferably AMO CRM);
Excellent communication and persuasion skills over the phone;
Good knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;
Salary: 15,000 lei + Bonus: for each additional patient who comes in for a consultation;
Work exclusively over the phone, from the office;
Accessible location: Rîșcani (next to Medpark);
Professional working environment and support from the team.
Salary: 15,000 lei + Bonus
Monday - Friday
Hours: 11:00 – 19:00
