Job description

We are a Luxury Automotive company. We're looking for an energetic and versatile Office Manager / Administrative Support, who will play a crucial role in providing administrative support for the company.

Responsibility

  • Management of correspondence and administrative documentation.

  • Organization and coordination of meetings, events, and business trips.

  • Maintaining relationships with suppliers and managing administrative contracts.

  • Providing support for the management team and other departments.

  • Managing the flow of information and internal communication.

  • Negotiation skills and patience in dealing with customers;

  • Flexibility and the pleasure of doing your job well;

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel;

  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Google Drive).

  • A driving license and practical driving experience.

Salary

  • Competitive salary 15,000 MDL Net.

Working conditions

  • Work schedule from Monday to Friday, (Saturdays on shifts), from 08:30 AM to 6:00 PM. 2 days off per week.
