We are looking for an ambitious and organized leader to drive a sales team and contribute to expanding the customer portfolio in the payment services sector. You will have full autonomy in your actions and support in achieving your goals.
Creation, management, and training of a sales team
Setting team goals and tracking the achievement of KPIs
Direct sales to medium and large clients (B2B)
Identifying new clients who need payment services (cash, card, MIA, etc.)
Maintaining relationships with existing partners
At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the payment services field
Experience in negotiations with decision-makers (top management level)
Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Fluency in Romanian and Russian; English language – at least B1 level
Driving license category B and own car
Leadership skills, autonomy, responsibility
Existing client portfolio (retail, HoReCa, etc.) is an advantage
