Job description

We are looking for an ambitious and organized leader to drive a sales team and contribute to expanding the customer portfolio in the payment services sector. You will have full autonomy in your actions and support in achieving your goals.

Responsibility

  • Creation, management, and training of a sales team

  • Setting team goals and tracking the achievement of KPIs

  • Direct sales to medium and large clients (B2B)

  • Identifying new clients who need payment services (cash, card, MIA, etc.)

  • Maintaining relationships with existing partners

Obligations

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the payment services field

  • Experience in negotiations with decision-makers (top management level)

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Fluency in Romanian and Russian; English language – at least B1 level

  • Driving license category B and own car

  • Leadership skills, autonomy, responsibility

  • Existing client portfolio (retail, HoReCa, etc.) is an advantage
