We are looking for a Sales Manager who is responsible and proactive, eager to contribute to the development of customer relationships and the management of our projects.
Consulting for clients (by phone, online, and in the office);
Preparing offers and calculating costs;
Collaborating with the technical team, designers, and engineers to establish details;
Monitoring deadlines and quality of work;
Maintaining effective communication with clients.
Experience in sales or project management (advantage in construction, furniture, or natural stone);
Computer skills (MS Office; 1C or CRM – advantage);
Excellent communication skills in Romanian and Russian;
Good memory, responsibility, and reliability;
Organizational skills and attention to detail;
Experience in a call center or reception is an advantage.
