Organization of work in the sales area;
Execution of merchandise orders;
Planning and monitoring of employees' work processes;
Resolution of conflicts that arise within the store.
Secondary specialized education (higher education is an advantage);
Experience and knowledge in retail sales is an advantage;
Fluent in Romanian, Russian;
Proficiency in MS Office;
Organizational and communication skills;
Teamwork abilities.
Official employment starting with the first day of internship, salary paid without delays;
Annual paid leave 28 days per year;
Paid internship for 21 days to familiarize with all work processes;

Salary $10,000 - $11,000 + Performance Bonuses
