— Building long-term relationships with customers (active and inactive customer base);
— Consulting clients in English and Russian;
— Participating in the preparation of commercial offers;
— Monitoring the fulfillment of commitments and timely resolution of emerging problems;
— Analyzing feedback and developing recommendations for service improvement.
— Age: 35 years and older (specific to interactions with the target audience);
— Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate level and above, written and verbal usage in work required);
— Experience working with people (call center and similar activities) — minimum 3 years;
— Negotiation skills, objection handling, and resolving atypical problems;
— Ability to work with Google Sheets and to compile analytical reports.
