The company designs and implements security systems that protect businesses from losses and theft, creating an effective tool for the control and management of processes. On the Moldovan market since 2002. Currently, they are looking for a head of active sales.
Leadership of the sales department — actively attracting new customers and expanding the customer base
Monitoring and managing work processes — coordinating the team and overseeing the completion of tasks
Negotiating with key partners — conducting discussions with important clients and company partners
Market analysis — researching the marketplace, segmenting customers, and identifying new opportunities
Developing marketing strategies — participating in the development and implementation of sales and product promotion strategies
Creating a motivation system — involvement in the development of a rewards and incentives system for the sales team
Sales planning — setting goals and ensuring they are achieved
Evaluating and developing the team — analyzing each employee’s performance and monitoring efficiency regularly
Strategic planning — developing short- and long-term plans for the department, product, or service expansion
Managing partner relationships — developing and strengthening ties with key partners and attracting new clients
Organizing meetings and presentations — arranging negotiations, presentations, and seminars for partners and customers
Higher education in technical or economic fields
Experience in leading a team for at least 2 years
Experience in sales
Driving license
Knowledge of Russian and Romanian languages
Experience with Power BI and 1C is an advantage
Excellent negotiation skills
