Support for the foreign trade manager's activity: assistance in communication with clients and partners.
Updating and managing the customer database.
Coordinating transactions: preparing documents and collaborating with other departments.
Preparing commercial offers.
Maintaining records in the CRM system (AMO).
Fulfilling the manager's administrative tasks.

We are open to university graduates and students in distance learning programs.
Knowledge of Russian, Romanian, and English languages.
Working knowledge of CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite (is an advantage).
Basic understanding of logistic processes (preferable, but not mandatory).
Organization, attention to detail, and a desire to develop.
