• Monitor the results – check the figures in CRM / Excel and report briefly.
• Improve the scripts – everything the team says on the phone goes through you.
• Highlight top performers and make quick decisions for those who don't deliver.
• 3+ years of experience in a sales call center.
• Proficient in Excel and CRM (Bitrix24 / HubSpot).
• Fluent in Romanian and Russian; English is a plus.
• Enjoy solving problems quickly.
