We are looking for a responsible and energetic employee who will handle and manage orders from the first message to courier delivery.The job also includes traveling around the city and communicating with clients.Knowledge of Russian and Romanian is mandatory.A car is provided.
What you will do:
— communicate with customers via Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, and other channels
— receive and process orders
— guide customers from the initial request to final courier delivery
— handle feedback and maintain a high level of service
— plan and coordinate daily tasks
— carry out errands around the city
You are a good fit if:
— you have a category B driving license
— you speak Russian and Romanian fluently
— you are skilled at communicating with clients via messengers and social networks
— you are meticulous, punctual, and quick to learn
— you are proficient in using Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Google Sheets
— you have 1–2 years of experience in related fields
