We are expanding our team and the assortment of building and decor materials
and we are hiring a Field Sales Agent (hunter) with a personal vehicle.
1. identification and acquisition of new clients (construction companies, retail, designers, architects distributors in the field, etc.);
2. conducting outbound calls to prospective clients;
presenting and promoting products both online and offline;
visits to potential clients;
3. drafting commercial offers, negotiation, finalizing and maintaining long-term relationships and contracts;
preparing activity reports.
Candidate Profile:
1. you have a personal vehicle, a driving license, and driving experience;
2. you have a presentable appearance, correct speech, are charismatic and positive;
3. you desire financial independence;
4. you have knowledge and experience in sales, in a role involving communication with customers;
5. you are fluent in Romanian and Russian;
6. you have skills in MS Office, 1C, CRM (optional);
7. you have read sales books and implemented sales techniques;
8. you have completed training courses in communication and sales;
9. you have excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues;
10. you are disciplined and able to self-organize your workday;
11. you are focused on achieving and exceeding the sales targets in the interest of the company and your own.
