Job description

Toldora is an outsourcing call center for processing orders from our clients. Due to expansion, we are inviting a call center manager with knowledge of the Italian language! REMOTE/HYBRID/OFFICE!

Responsibility

Management of the call center team: increasing the level of employee qualification, resolving personnel issues, organizing and monitoring working hours, providing feedback; Adaptation and training of department employees; Data collection and reporting; Ensuring compliance and exceeding performance targets.

Obligations

Knowledge of Italian and Russian languages; Experience in managing a sales call center; Developed communication skills and leadership qualities; Successful personal sales experience.
