Tickets Sales Representative

Interacting with customers, answering calls and emails, offering various travel options; Providing information about tickets, pricing, flight schedules; Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances; Selling and promoting reservation services; Offering high quality services over the phone and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

English skills average or above (B2+); Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written); Experience in a client-focused, travel services environment (will be an advantage); Sales experience (will be an advantage); Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and changing priorities; Able to quickly grasp new concepts; Negotiation and time management skills; Ability to work Night Shift; Courteous, professional telephone manner. The ideal candidate will have experience working in customer service or sales, and will be able to work independently with little supervision. Tickets sales representatives will need to focus on providing excellent service to their customers.
