Job description

 We are looking for an ambitious and proactive sales manager! If you know how to find clients, negotiate, and close deals, we have an excellent offer for you!

Responsibility

  • Finding and attracting new customers – working with cold and warm databases, calling the corporate segment.

  • Identifying needs and working with decision-makers – negotiating with HR directors, office managers, marketers, department heads.

  • Presenting services – organizing meetings (online/offline), preparing personalized business proposals.

  • Closing deals – negotiating and establishing terms of collaboration.

  • Documentation – drafting contracts, controlling payments, and ensuring transaction terms are met.

  • Client oversight – monitoring the fulfillment of transaction conditions, maintaining a high level of service.

  • Working with CRM – managing the customer database, logging the history of negotiations, updating the status of transactions.

  • Participating in the development of new services – analyzing market needs and making suggestions for improvement.

  • Achieving sales plans – working with monthly and seasonal targets, participating in meetings and trainings.

Obligations

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales (preferably B2B).

  • Knowledge of cold and warm sales techniques.

  • Negotiation skills and closing deals (over the phone and in meetings).

  • Experience with CRM systems (is an advantage).

  • Good knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages (spoken and written), proficient in PC use.

  • Communication skills, active, result-oriented.

  • Self-organization in multitasking.

  • Willingness to develop and improve professional level.
