- Providing professional advice to clients regarding postal services rendered
- Handling telephone calls and efficiently resolving inquiries
- Responding to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Logging client requests and inquiries
- Maintaining a high level of service and customer satisfaction
- Fluent in Romanian
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Customer-oriented and attentive to details
- Good PC usage knowledge (Word, Excel, e-mail, chat)
- Previous experience in call center or customer relations – an advantage
- Ability to handle difficult situations and find quick solutions
- Team spirit and interdepartmental collaboration
- Fixed salary: 8500 lei net/month, guaranteed – no variations or uncertainties

Monday-Friday : 8:00 -17:00, 9:00-18:00, 11:00-20:00
*one Saturday per month we work between 9:00-13:00. For compensation, you'll receive time off during the week or we'll pay you for it.
