• - Contacting existing customers to present Internet and Television services

• - Taking calls and providing support to customers with professionalism

• - Recording orders and maintaining a positive relationship with customers

• - Actively participating in sales and promotion activities

• - Working with the team to achieve goals

• - Fluent in Romanian and Russian

• - Positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn

• - Team spirit and good organizational skills

• - Basic computer operation knowledge

• - Experience in sales or call center – an advantage, but not mandatory
