Credit Officer, Telenești

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensuring fast and high-quality customer service;

• Providing detailed information about the company's products and services;

• Responding to phone calls and emails;

• Addressing complaints, inquiries, and customer requests in a professional and timely manner;

• Maintaining the database by entering, updating, and verifying information;

• Other duties as needed.
